Shipping policy
Thanks for placing your order with us! We'll start processing it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you another notification to let you know it's on its way.
At Fashion Fiesta, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to track your order and receive it in a timely manner. While we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems beyond our control. Rest assured that we will keep you updated every step of the way and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Our goal is to provide you with affordable shipping options using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS for deliveries within the United States. We take great care in packaging your items in sturdy and secure corrugated boxes that are tailored to the size and weight of your items. This ensures that your shipping cost remains reasonable while your products arrive safely at their destination.
International Shipping
We're excited to announce that we're working towards offering international shipping! We're currently in the process of finalizing the details and hope to have this option available soon. We'll keep you updated on our progress and let you know as soon as we're ready to start shipping internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@thefashionfiesta.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more details, please review our Refund Policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@thefashionfiesta.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
