Refund policy
At Fashion Fiesta, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and may request you to send us pictures and/or video of the item to assess its eligibility for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@thefashionfiesta.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund for the original item once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not visible, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@thefashionfiesta.com.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
